Eagle Lake Activities

Activities on the North Shore of Eagle Lake are wide ranging. For the adventurous who seek to explore the wilds of northern California, Modoc National Forest, Mount Lassen Volcanic National Park, Mount Shasta, Shasta Lake, the Trinity Alps are all within a  1 – 3 hour drive from Eagle Lake resort.

Exclusive to Eagle Lake Resort is the Annual Wiener Dog Races.  Every year we support a local Charity and have all funds dedicated to that charities needs.

Also exclusive to Eagle Lake Resort is the direct access to BLM land behind the park.  Most don’t realize that 100’s of miles of winding trails will take you from Eagle Lake Resort to the town of Fall River Mills.  Every year we enjoy the stories of travel through the beautiful mountains.  Meadows, small streams and countless scenic views give breath taking moments to a thrilling ride.   Staying with us ensures you can leave from the park and head out on an amazing journey in your ATV!

Lastly all the parks on Eagle Lake enjoy Eagle Lake’s majesty. Fed by underground springs and seasonal creeks, there are 100 miles of shoreline and 42 sq. miles of clear waters.  The lake’s elevation of 5100 feet makes the nights comfortably cool with summertime temperatures ranging daily between 85-95 degrees. Eagle lake has plenty of room for water sports, including recreational watercraft of all kinds and don’t forget the fishing for Eagle Lake’s famous Trout!  We truly love that all recreational areas share this amazing lake’s beauty!
