Hi! We’re putting the word out that we’re currently (Summer 2017) looking for a Campground host for our Eagle Lake RV resort.f
Here’s a description of the main responsibilities:
Provide help to campers when pulling into Park and where they need to put their RV. Disseminates information to the public. (Note: Hosts may be asked/allowed to perform additional tasks associated with park maintenance or campground attendant responsibilities.
- Assist campers by providing helpful information and answering questions.
- Notifies maintenance of necessary repairs and replacements of equipment as needed.
- Explains park rules and regulations.
- Assures campers are registered by checking site registration markers.
- Acts as an after-hours contact for emergencies
- Contacts proper authorities by telephone or radio in event of emergencies.
- Performs limited cleaning and custodial duties of grounds and restrooms to include picking
- up litter, cleaning out fire pits, monitoring of restroom usage, and light sweeping or
- mopping as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

We are holding annual wiener dog races to benefit CASA. “CASA” is Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children. CASA consists of a group of volunteers who assist with children’s needs while they are in the Court Dependency Program. They meet with the children every two weeks and go to every court hearing. In order to supply the judge with recommendations that will be best for these children, they review the entire case records and speak to every person involved: social workers, attorneys, teachers, family members, therapists, and the child.
CASA will be in attendance and supplying information to anyone who is interested in becoming a CASA Volunteer or any other information you are interested in.
This would also be a great time to donate to CASA.
